Let’s Walk to Fitness!
A successful lifestyle has to be taken from a realistic approach; it has to be both realistic and practical. Part of what makes this possible is a healthy lifestyle. Most of us work so hard that we develop bad eating habits and make no time for exercising.
I was guilty of this until I found an exercise program that allows me to work out for short periods, two or three times daily. It is an “Interval Training – 10 Minute Walk at Home Routine Fitness Video” by Fitness Trainer Leslie Sansone.
