Dear Diary – Gratitude

Dear diary, today is another beautiful day and I refuse to be just a spectator, so I surely will be living it up in a special way.

I am also grateful for many, many things today, but will be sharing ten of them with you as follow:

  • I am alive and well!
  • I am not feeling any form of pain!
  • I am so lovable!
  • I have wonderful and caring friends!
  • It is a sunny yet cool morning!
  • I am learning more about the benefits of meditation and practicing it more every week.
  • While I am not yet a perfect vegan (which I aspire to become), I am making progress by adding more vegetables and fruits to my meals. For years I was paying little or no attention to my bad eating habits, but have been making changes in recent times and grateful that I have made this decision to improve my health.
  • I FEEL GOOD 😊😘😁
  • I am starting a new “Sponsorship Marketing” project really soon and I am excited about what the Universe is doing for my company.
  • I am having a joyful and peaceful weekend with relatives and friends.

To you my wonderful readers, I am grateful that you have taken the time to read my diary and I wish for you joy, prosperity, great health and beautiful relationships.

Let us all purpose within to do the best for ourselves, our families, neighbours, communities and the environment…we can do it…let’s be THE CHANGE.

My thought of the day.

Good morning my relatives and friends. I do encourage you to take charge of your lives and do what’s right for yourself. When you are ill chemical is not the answer. We were cultured that way, but you can change your mindset and do what’s right for your body.

Check out what the Creator said about the food we should eat
And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.” – Genesis 1:29

See also… Ezekiel 47:12 “And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. Their leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fresh fruit every month, because the water for them flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.”

Obedience is better than sacrifice right? I love you all and wish for you to live a healthy lifestyle.

Eat Live Foods to Live Healthier

Hello everyone, I have been so busy in the last couple days that I have not been able to communicate with you here, but do know that you are always on my mind and in my prayers. I know its the festive season and most persons are eating up a storm, but I hope you are eating live foods to help you live healthy and to feel young and fit.

If you are not eating live foods or even understand what I mean by that, I am sharing a video with you that will help you understand more. Kindly note that I am not saying that the recipes suggested in this video are the only ones you should consume, but this is a guide to help you understand the food group from which you should choose what you eat.

I grew up seeing my parents drinking aloe vera, which I found to be very awful at the time because of the bitter taste, but I have come to find out that the drink doesn’t have to be bitter if the skin is removed and that the plant has great benefits for the body.

Here is a video by Stay Beautiful  on how to make aloe vera juice at home. It just take a few minutes and is very easy to prepare. Take a look:
