I am Gillian Larmond, also known as Queen Gee. I’m a confident, purpose-led woman, an herbal tea lover, a container gardener, and a relationship-led sales professional based in Kingston, Jamaica. I believe wellness begins in the smallest, most intentional spaces: a cup of tea brewed from your own garden, a seed pressed into soil in a container, a business relationship built on trust rather than pressure. That belief is the foundation of everything I do.
THE JOURNEY
I grew up rooted in Jamaican bush tea tradition. The kind passed down quietly, through watching, through learning what the land around you can offer your body and your spirit. When I experienced personal loss and health challenges, I returned to that tradition with new eyes. I began growing herbs in containers. I began documenting what I brewed and what I learned. I began sharing the journey.
What started as a deeply personal practice became my wellness garden – a platform where I share my herbal wellness journey, my container garden, my intentional living reflections, and the lessons that growing things has taught me about patience, consistency, and purpose.
My garden is not a showpiece. It is a classroom. My herbs include Green Mint, Guinea Hen Weed, Scallion, Aloe Vera, Dandelion, Blue Vervain, Leaf of Life, Snake Plant, and more. Not all of the herbs that I use to make my teas come from my containers. Some come from neighbours. Some from trusted growers. Some from local vendors. What matters to me is staying connected to what I consume and knowing where it comes from. I approach herbal knowledge as a student, not an expert. That humility is deliberate.
THE WORK
Alongside the wellness journey, I bring nearly two decades of real-world sales experience across Jamaican media, broadcasting, and business development. I have spent those years learning one thing above all else: the strongest businesses are built on trust, consistency, and a genuine understanding of the people they serve.
That is why I now work as a relationship-led sales professional, partnering with established Jamaican wellness, garden, and sustainable lifestyle brands to help them grow. I represent brands I would genuinely use. I sell the way I live, with honesty, care, and a long-term view. I also offer strategic sales guidance for business owners (globally) who want to turn their social media presence into consistent revenue.
These are not two separate parts of my life. They are the same root system. The woman who tends her herbs and brews her daily tea is the same woman who builds client relationships and drives sales. Both come from the same place: a deep belief in the power of what is real, what is trusted, and what is grown with intention.
WHAT I SHARE
Through my blog at gillianlarmond.com, my Saturday newsletter, and my social media platforms, I document an ongoing journey of learning, healing, and growth. I write about the teas I drink, the herbs I grow, the lessons life is teaching me, and the sales wisdom I have gathered over nearly twenty years of building relationships and revenue.
I do not split myself into categories for the convenience of an algorithm. I am one woman. This is one platform. And if you are here, I am glad you found your way to the garden.
