Relationship-Led Sales: Why I Am Expanding My Wellness Journey
Relationship-led sales is the phrase that finally gave language to something I have been practicing my entire career, and it is the foundation of the new chapter I am sharing with you today.
For some time now, many of you have known me as the woman sharing herbal teas, container garden updates, wellness rituals, and reflections on intentional living. Others may have come across my content around sales, business growth, or social media strategy. Some of you may have even visited my Work With Me page and seen that I offer personalised sales guidance for small business owners.
But today, I want to share something more clearly. I am officially expanding my work as an Independent Sales Partner for established Jamaican wellness and sustainable lifestyle brands. And when I tell you this direction makes perfect sense for who I already am, I mean it completely.

Two Worlds That Were Never Truly Separate
I am a confident, purpose-led woman, an herbal tea lover, and a container gardener. Someone who genuinely believes wellness should be more accessible, intentional, and deeply connected to everyday life. I also bring nearly two decades of experience in sales, relationship-building, media, and business development.
For a long time, I viewed those two identities as separate worlds. The wellness woman and the sales professional. The gardener and the strategist. But the more I sat with both, the more I realised they were never actually apart. They were simply waiting for the right expression.
Here is what I know to be true: many wellness brands have products that could genuinely transform people’s lives. And yet they still struggle with visibility, relationships, and consistent revenue growth. A good product alone is not always enough.
The Problem I See in Wellness Brand Growth
When I look at the wellness space in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean, I see a pattern that repeats itself far too often:
- Brands are posting consistently online, but not converting attention into sales
- Loyal customers who love the product, but a reach that stops at the immediate circle
- Businesses are chasing trends and promotions instead of building the kind of trust that sustains growth
- Beautiful, purposeful products that never quite find the audiences they deserve
That gap, the space between a strong product and meaningful, sustainable growth, is exactly where relationship-led sales lives. And that is where I can make a real difference.
What Relationship-Led Sales Actually Means
Relationship-led sales is not influencer marketing. It is not advertising. It is not coaching. And it is certainly not the kind of hard-selling, high-pressure promotion that feels out of place in the wellness world.
It is something quieter and more powerful than all of those things. It is the kind of representation that comes from genuine belief, deep knowledge, and long-term thinking. It is showing up for a brand not because there is a sponsored post fee attached, but because the alignment is real and the mission matters.
In practice, this means building relationships with buyers and retail channels on behalf of the brand. It means creating visibility that translates into actual revenue. It means representing the product’s story with the same care and authenticity that the founder brought to creating it. And it also means growing through trust rather than noise.
This is commission-only partnership work. My success is directly tied to the success of the brands I represent. I only win when the partnership grows. That is the kind of accountability I welcome.
Why I Am the Right Person for This Work

Nearly 20 years in media sales across some of Jamaica’s most recognised radio stations taught me things that no textbook could. I learned how to listen before I pitch. How to build a relationship before I ask for anything. How to understand what a client actually needs, not just what they say they want. How to stay consistent when results are slow and how to scale quickly when momentum arrives.
I also learned that the best sales do not feel like sales at all. They feel like conversations between people who trust each other. It is relationship-led sales.
Add to that the fact that I am genuinely living the wellness life I represent. I grow herbs in my container garden. I brew herbal teas every day. I sometimes practise Qigong, lymphatic drainage, walking, and intentional living daily. When I speak about a wellness product, I speak from a place of lived experience, not a polished script.
That is a rare combination, and I believe it is exactly what Jamaican wellness brands need right now.
What I Am Building Going Forward
Going forward, you will begin to see more content from me around wellness brand growth, authentic representation, and why visibility alone does not guarantee revenue. I will be sharing insights about why trust matters in business, what sustainable growth can actually look like, and how strong products sometimes fail to reach the people who need them most.
Part of my work now is educating the market about a different approach to growth. One rooted in relationships, alignment, and long-term thinking. I am not trying to become another loud internet marketer. I am building something more grounded than that.
I will absolutely continue sharing my wellness journey, too. The herbs, the teas, the garden updates, the reflections on intentional living. Because the woman growing herbs for wellness is the same woman helping wellness brands grow through relationship-led sales. Those two things were always one.
An Invitation
If you are an established Jamaican wellness brand with a strong product and real ambitions for growth, I would love to have a conversation. Not a pitch. A conversation. Book a free discovery session with me. Book here.
And if you are someone who simply follows along for the herbs and the teas and the garden stories, thank you. Your presence in this community is part of what makes this work meaningful.
This is one woman, one ecosystem. Wellness and business. Garden and boardroom. Growth in every direction.
